Order processing time

For any in stock items, your order will ship within 3 days of final payment.

Shipping Policy

Your package will be sent in a well packed box or envelope via Canada post. If you need your order fast just let us know and we can see what other shipping options are available. Delivery confirmation is included in shipping costs for Canada, if you require insurance please contact us first and it can be arranged.​​​


I'm happy to ship to most countries worldwide! Please contact us if you do not see your country listed and we can give you a quote for the shipping to your country. We will ship via Canada post expedited parcel. Tracking is included, if you require insurance please contact us for this option. Buyers please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs, fees or taxes on arrival.

We ship to the address listed with Paypal unless prior arrangements have been made. Please make sure the address listed with Paypal is the correct mailing address as shipping costs due to re-sending a package are the buyers responsibility. If it is necessary to resend the package, it will only be mailed after the Paypal invoice for the additional shipping charges is paid.​​

Lost, Damaged or undeliverable items

We do our best to package our products securely, and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by Canada Post or any other handling of your package after we deliver it to Canada Post. If you receive a damaged item due to Canada Post shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival and provide photos of the damaged item as well as of the packaging. A claim will then be placed with Canada Post. Claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved and are out of my control. 

Pacifica Woodwork is not liable for damage or loss if package if not insured, or if the address you have listed is incorrect and we do not have any control over how long a package may take to reach you once it has been shipped, nor do we have any control over the package once delivered. Pacifica Woodwork cannot be held liable for any packages that are marked delivered by Canada Post, but are missing. In addition, any package returned due to a wrong/incorrect address will only be reshipped at the buyer's expense. 

A package is considered lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. I will ship replacements only after the full six weeks.

Returned items due to address errors or undeliverable reasons on the customers part, and Damage due to CUSTOMER HANDLING is NON-REFUNDABLE and will only be replaced at customer cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there is any other issue with your item/order when it arrives, please let us know as soon as possible, so we may have the opportunity to resolve it before you leave feedback.

Exchange Policy

I strive to give you the best service possible, If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me! I will exchange your item(s) up to 7 days after you have received your order if your not satisfied. You are responsible for returning items in their original condition. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

​Custom orders do not apply to our exchange policy. All custom orders are final sale.


Payment of goods

All goods will be paid in full before they are released to the customer. 


Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Certified cheque, Paypal, or direct E-transfer. We do not accept personal cheque's.

Non Payment

All Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If your account is past due, you will receive a letter, email or phone call stating that you have 15 days to pay your account in full. Partial payments will not be accepted unless otherwise negotiated. Unpaid invoices will incur a 6% interest rate. Please be aware that if a balance remains unpaid, we may refer your account to a collection agency. 

Abandoned items

An order will be considered abandoned if not picked up within 30 days of the agreed upon pickup date. Storage fees may apply to the item during this period. After and additional 10 days the item will be placed back into our inventory and resold.
